Faculty Development Programs

Lead expert faculty development workshops on the simulation topics of your choice, including the Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice^TM, simulation pedagogy, facilitation, prebriefing, the debriefing process, and interprofessional education, to name a few. Customized onsite professional development workshops meet the specific needs of larger faculty groups, not just the small number who can afford large conference expenditures.

Mentoring

Mentor those new to simulation education, operations, and/or leadership through monthly online sessions. Guidance is provided to those who want to improve or expand knowledge, skills, and leadership within their current roles. These one-hour sessions typically run for 12-months and are customized based on the client’s needs.

Simulation Facilitation

Onsite facilitation provided for your learners. Working alone or with your educators, we provide the prebrief, scenario facilitation, and debriefing for your learners using the Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice^TM
