SIMPL Simulation, LLC was founded in 2017 by Tonya Schneidereith and Crystel L. Farina following the 2015 transformative National League for Nursing’s Leadership Program for Simulation Educators. During that year, while learning alongside simulation experts, educators, vendors, and architects, these innovators saw an opportunity to create a consulting firm specializing in the unique needs of simulation-based education.

Due in large part to the strength of their reputation within the simulation community, this healthcare simulation consulting company has experienced rapid growth that mirrors the expansion of simulation in healthcare.
